There's an additional issue of food justice here: BIPOC adults are predominantly lactose intolerant. If cultivated milk is bioidentical, and contains lactose, we still need to see plant-based alternatives. I'm just not sure we need the investment and brainpower in cultivated animal milks when 65% of the world can't digest it past infancy/childhood.
