I loved this journey of exploration into eating wild! While foraging has been intriguing to me, it isn't something I have ever indulged in - unless picking tiny, wild blueberries as a child for endless hours counts (even though I mostly sold my meagre bounty to campers for their breakfast cereal and then made haste with the profits to a conveniene store for candy!) As one who likes to walk hand in hand with nature, I am surprised I haven't tried this. It is now on my radar to try and it is the perfect time right now here in Ontario. It is the season of bounty.
