Our print magazine and merch are making their way around the world!
We’ve been banging the merch drum for a few weeks now, but it’s the last chance to order something from our merch store to ensure it arrives by Christmas. Get your order(s) in now if there’s still a special something from FFJ you’d like to get under someone’s tree.
Reminder: all orders currently come with a bonus free digital Substack subscription (one year for print magazine orders, three months for merch!). Paid subscriptions include access to audio readings of most pieces and access to our Whatsapp group where we chat more informally and deeply with our community. We’ll gift this to your email, or another email if you let us know which at hello@feministfoodjournal.com.
Chef’s recommendations:
OUR PRINT MAGAZINE
116 pages of pure feminist food glory. Features highlights from our first four issues — MILK, WAR, SEX, EARTH — and assorted newsletters, along with original illustrations.
LAPTOP STICKERS
If you’ve been thinking about quiet quitting in 2024 this is a good way to start. We also have our famous oyster available on an ultra-soft t-shirt and bright pink poster, or, if you’re feeling extra cheeky, stick your lunchbox in our two-faced tote and flash the racy side to your coworkers when they least expect it.
TOMATO HAT
House of Meat by Rachel Hobley is a story from our WAR issue that explores resistance in the occupied West Bank by tracing a tomato through three generations of Palestinian women. Whether you order the hat or not, we encourage you to read Rachel’s story and call for both an immediate ceasefire and an end to occupation.
We’ve got lots more where this came from — beanies, aprons, t-shirts, other stickers — so take a look at our store in full if you’re still on the hunt for some gifts.
Thanks so much to everyone who has ordered so far. We hope you love experiencing FFJ in the physical world!
Wishing you a wonderful holiday season,
Isabela & Zoë
